Tear drop or round!? High profile or low!? Confused…Help!!

I am 5’4 and currently wearing a 32 (small)b cup bra- really want most natural look and no bigger than DD as I’m very petite Any advice which implant would look most natural? I have been offered 310cc size wise but am worried these will be really big!? xxx

In theory, a teardrop implant would look the most natural, however they are prone to turning; sabby83 on here had teardrop’s before her re op and she said that hers flipped all the time. So that might be something to think about. 310’s are not big implants so I wouldn’t worry about them being oversized. I’ve seen girls on here with similar stats to you who have 400cc’s and above and they don’t look out of proportion. With regard to profile’s, that would have already been decided if your implants have been ordered. The type of profile that will be used will depend on your individual body dimensions; lower profile implants have a wider diameter but less projection and higher profile implants have a smaller diameter with more projection.

Having said that, I think these are the questions you should be asking your surgeon…that’s what he’s there for! The point of having a surgeons consult is to discuss your concerns and what you hope to achieve from your BA, so he can get the best possible result for you. My advice would be to ask to see your surgeon again so you can go over these questions. I have no doubt that you will get lots of responses and advice from the girls on here, but ultimately we are not professionals, so you would be best to contact your PC and arrange another meeting with your surgeon. x

Hi Dolly- Thanks for reassuring me…I have an appointment with my surgeon Mr Russo in the next two weeks so I can bug him all over again haha .. I have been reading about the ‘turning’ that can happen with the teardrops so I think I am going to go for the round..It might sound weird but I don’t want any1 to acctually notice/comment on my BA when I have had it done so I am aiming for a full D cup so I hope the 310’s will do the job. Nah it’s not weird, some girls don’t want it do be noticeable and some do x

I have the teardrop – best decision I ever made- especially if you are a bit skinny up top like me… – the shape is so natural that noone has any idea I have fake implants!

a few comments have been made about them looking really good and i just said yeah put on some weight success!

Mr Adamo does them so well he has only ever seen one turn- mine haven’t moved at all btw. Also he’s italian and most italian women opt for teardrop he told me its only really uk girls who go for round implants in europe its mostly teardrop- my PC had anatomicals by him also – she’s originally swedish. so lots of practice with teardrop shape!

do you know if sabby83 had them done at mya?

I’m having 400cc round natrelle implants, they are high profile because my torso isn’t wide so the high profile was the best option for fitting the breast pocket as it’s the one with the least width.

I’m having them placed under the muscle as i’m trying to achieve the most natural look I can get.

Just to be clear I wasn’t knocking them at all, I know turning rarely happens with any implants, but I just thought I’d point that out as sabby83 mentioned it the other day and obviously they are more likely to flip because of their shape. So lily88 your best bet would be to go to a PS like Mr Adamo who is experienced with anatomical implants if you still want to go for those

It’s true though, you can’t really tell the difference between teardrops and natural boobs

coolio always good to be clued up agree with Dolly you need a surgeon who is very experienced in them or they could turn….

My second option if Mr adamo didnt reassure me was to go for natrelle responsives as not a solid gel like mine [soft touch] so they move around more- although after the whole leakage issues in the past I wanted to be safe so went soft touch which are cohesive but squidgier then CUI.

U always backtrack on ur comments dolly, first u slag off a certain type of implant and then when u get blanked out u change ur mind n offer advice again, really do not understand! U did it the other day wen u said standard cui were liquid filled and not gel. Facts girl, FACTS !!

dont want to get involved in petty things but msnorton82 every post ive been in you seem to have an issue with dolly92. we all have our own thoughts and ok you dont agree with what she might have said, but ‘if you dont have anything nice to say dont say it at all’. shes only trying to help the girl, she did say shes not a proffesional.

Shes not tryin to help the girl at all, in dollys world if u dnt have 800s then she will slag the implants off, she gives out false information all the day which scares girl, and she also tries to shoot them down. Im guessing that next ur goin to say that iv only beem a member fpr 3days and i should lay low? Not at all

Ive spoken to Dolly and im only going for 380/410 and she was very nice, didnt scare me of and not once did she tell me to get 800s or slag mine off? I think you need to calm down a little and stop getting down the girls throat for her opionions – she entitled to them and she was only trying to give advice (non proffesionaly as she did say!!)

can I just point out that we aren’t qualified surgeons we are girls trying to give advice from what we have researched, things we have been told and through our own experiences. If any information happens to be incorrect it’s not a case of ‘trying to scare’ girls it’s a case of making a genuine mistake. I have seen this happen all over this forum which is why it should be used as a guide..

Actually aysha i have no problem with girls that have big boobs as i do myself! Just had enough of miss know it all barely out of her teens giving bad information, check her post the other day wen she kept tryin to say that therrs something wrong with standard cuis because they have not been approved in america and that they are not gel filled and are more dangerous… She then backed down wen we put her right and found out she had been put right about it many times before !

so she got a fact wrong..im sure shes not the 1st person to make a mistake!!

Dolly is right about what happened with my implants both of them flipped right over which left me with strange looking boobs! I was a size 8 5ft 4 had 325cc which took me to a very natural looking d cup! Just because my implants flipped doesn’t means everyone’s will but they are known to do this! I’ve just had a re op and opted for the round ones this time as didn’t want to take the risk of them flipping again! this was my experience tho and I think out the many women who do have tear drop I was just one of the unlucky ones. I also think dolly has every right comment on people’s post weather she is right or wrong! Xx

We all get things wrong sometimes- check out the bible I started I thought CUI’s were liquid too [which I wrote] and until fairy said she had been shown a cut in half one a few of us didnt know. easy mistake to make – just means that please please ask all these Q’s with your surgeon to get the correct answers.

I had my first ba in Prague with laderm clinic 6 years ago, had my second one with mya . Xx

I don’t blame my surgon for my implants flipping I think it’s just one of them things. My surgon was dr cerna from laderma clinic in Prague I’ve had 3 friends who have had there ba with her and there’s ate still fine xx

I think its always good to do your homework with anatomicals but know that before being used in ba’s for us regular people – anatomicals were only used in reconstructive surgery so have been around for a long time and due to them being restricted to that type of surgery many surgeons who specialise in them probably [taking a guess here] don’t do ba’s for aesthetics only so its good to get a specialist and ask around who has had them as yes there are rare cases of flipping- but also cases of bottoming out/rippling etc more common anywy, there are always risks.

I love my anatomicals can’t stress how great they are if you have very little breast tissue – I was so flat lol like a small child [in my pics] so they were the best option for me as only skin really covering the top part.

again Mr adamo is a legend as he told me of the PC’s in holborn [london] most of them have come to him for a second ba with teardrops and my pc nadya had them and hers look amazing.
