Tense boobies???

If i tence my boobie muscle, my boob tightens up and lifts both implants up if u know what i mean. They move everytime i tense up at all! Is this normal?? Xx

It’s called muscle distortion, many women have it with implants under the muscle.

Will they always do that then? X

from what I read and heard from other women who have that, yes. One of the reasons I decided to get overs. But from what I heard, it’s not harming you, it just might look strange when you work out but will look normal in daily activities.

I have just googled it and looked at some pics. They r no where near as bad as some of them and it only happens wen i tense up as i said. They r fine wen standing relaxed so hopefully will b fine. I can understand y it happens tho xx thankyou xx

Oh im s glad its not just mine!..i was getting really worried,they look awful.when i tense,im 11wks po n was hoping it might improve. X
