Tensed, pulling sensation 7 weeks po

I keep getting a funny pulling muscle feeling when I use my right arm to move up off the couch. In bed or when I push a door open. I’m just wondering if this is normal? It is in my right breast, kind of feels like the muscle contracting, but I didn’t go under the muscle, I went over, so can’t see why this is happening.. kind of feels like Its contracting 🙁 oh and when I’m shivering cold and also when I sneeze! xx
