still only pre-op have my op on monday but soo pleased with the service so far, amy at newcastle clinic is amazing and has helped me out soo much, and been polite and nice to me even after ringing her a million times lol got called today by my pc and amy and a nurse to make sure i was all set and had no wurries or problems etc – thanks… got my op on monday with mario russo and cant wait!! xx

I was newcastle clinic and can hand in heart say amy started me off fab and Julie and jenny are amazing! They cannot do enough for u!!

I’m almost 10 months po and Julie still keeps in touch!! They are amazing girls and Mr traybor topped it off!!

hope my post op is as good as my pre-op coz i havnt got one complaint xx

I originally had a consultation at the Holborn clinic,the staff there were brilliant.Hannah Gibson my PC,Monica my nurse,and the man himself Mr Gonschior.Post op,my file was transferred to Newcastle clinic,because it was closer for me to travel to post op appointments,I have to agree,the staff there are lovely,Amy on reception,lucy the nurse I saw,and Julie,who came out to have a look at my new nose,and chatted to me for a while,very friendly,made me feel very welcome.xxx

The Newcastle staff actually become more like friends! I love still hearing from Julie and amy! Xx
