Thanks to MYA

There have been some story’s on here which have been negative towards MYA and reading their story’s I can see why. I have to be totally honest though, from my very first appointment with my Patient Co-Ordinator, to meeting Mr Kazzazi, the nurses, the hospital staff (Park Hill), even the MYA receptionist, I cannot fault them in anyway, they have been absolutely fantastic. I had my BA on Sunday and on Bank Holiday Monday received a call from the nurse seeing how I was getting on and today received a call from my Patient Co-ordinator to see how I doing. Their before and aftercare has been brilliant and I was highly recommend them. I’m under the Leeds branch so don’t know if that makes a difference, but the staff are all great!

I also feel Leeds have fantastic staff,always seem run off there feet and also I bombarded my coordinator wi txts about everything and instantly got a reply,only fing bugged me was the waitin around a hour to b seen after travellin but after waitin so many years for my ba a hour is nothin for somet I wanted x
