I would be v cautious, I know it’s really tempting but you don’t want to do anything that could damage the new additions. Don’t forget the inside has a lot of healing to do as well x
Hey ladies!! I went back to gym last week 3.5 weeks po, only using cross trainer (static handles) no upper body and I’m ok. I know when enoughs enough. I tried a little run but it’s too soon. Just be careful huni xx
