    I’ve spent 17 days since my BA eating what I like and not exercising and I’ve had enough of being a blob! Lol. I’m off to the chippy for one last treat and then it’d back on the diet and long walks from tomorrow, anyone wanna be my diet buddy?? Xx

    I’ve actually only put on 4 lbs since my op now the bloating from the ga has gone but now I’ve got bloating from ladies week, lucky me!! Lol. How much do implants weigh?? Ha. I just feel all flabby and sluggish not goin to the gym 3 times a week like usual. Think I’ve caught my boyfriends cold too so cba cookin lol xx

    Let’s start a diet group then! Im aiming to lose 1-2 lbs a week to be back to a size 10-12 by Xmas, hopefully more a 10! Lol. I’m back up to a full size 12 now and not liking it, worked so hard to lose 2 dress sixes I’m not goin back again! I have a fitness app too fairy, it’d counts cals, exercise everything it’s ace. Gonna download a pedometer too cos I should be off light duties tomorrow thank god! Xxx

    Amy this has a pedometer in it! I went for a 39min walk with my doggies and worked off 228 callories and working on a 1000 klcal a day diet! Which is what the app helps me do! It tells me what cals are in foods etc and u can plan ur diet lol xx

    fairy dropping your calories to that low hun will cause your body to go into starvation mode and you wont loose wieght, you better off, bringing you cal intake to around 1600 cal and working off around 500 4 times a week through exercise. each lb of fat contains 3500 calories so in order to loose a pound a week you need to either burn or eat 3500 less cals a week xx

    Ahh cool, mines called my fitness pal and does all that, just found i already have a pedometer downloaded too. Im gonna work on 1200 cals a day as im a fair bit bigger than you and i’ve tried 1000 before, i just end up cheating! lol. Ive lost weight properly twice before so i know i can do it if i just make sure i put the effort in. I know you arent supposed to lose lots of weight once you’ve had implants but i dont suppose 1-1.5 stone will do much harm and alot of toning up xx

    Hmmm I suppose nikki! My problem is I battle an earing disorder and although I’m fine now, when I start obemsessing with dieting (usually around xmas/holidays) I tend not to eat/ eat very little and become a skelator!! X

    tell me about it, food and exercise take over my life im a health and fitness freak, when people yoyo diet they tend to put it back on too, if you do it healthy through just making simple changes to your routines your more likely to keep it off than people who crash diet by limiting they’re calories so much, a even combination of diet and exercise are the keep to a healthy body maintainable rather than extremes xx

    I’ve lost weight since the op, lost 4lb first week and then put some back on but that’s partly being I’ll and the tramadol, totally lost my appetite. Annoyingly I have lost almost a stone now and even tho I’m now under 10st I’m still a bloody 14! I wouldn’t mind if I had a flat tummy cos my new boobs make me look really curvy rather than pear shaped pre op which I love, but I have so much to lose from my belly it doesn’t seem to shift no matter how much I lose, so need to go and work it off at the gym :?

    thanx amy hun, i work out loads and my diet is pretty healthy too, its just everyday life for me though as i dont like eating rubbish food coz they make me feel rubbish

    green tea is fantastic stuff hun i recommend to to everyone, it boost metabolism and aid weight loss.

    simple changes make the big diffrences, plenty of water in your diet helps keep hunger pains at bay and also stops you eating as much as it fills you up.

    changes white varietys of rice,bread etc to brown

    eating of smaller plates work too.

    you wanna aim to do 30 min of cardio at least 4 times a week

    Thanks hun i’ll give all that a go, and will do nice long walks for the next month til i go back to the gym. I usually do body combat, body attack or body pump about 3-4 times a week which last an hour, are they the right sort of classes. I’ll never be skinny im just not built that way but a toned size 10 would make me a very happy girly! xx

    as long as your burning calories your going about it the right way hun classes are muchh more fun than running and cylcing so your more inclined to keep it up, its all about sticking to it thats when you’ll see results.

    Yeah i really enjoy the classes and i actually miss the gym! You can really tell when you dont go. Still 3.5 weeks to go but im gonna get into this power walking malarky i think! xx

    I think id like to be more toned! What’s bugging me is I have a gym membership yet I go running and don’t do gym !! I need to start gym! I didn’t know green tea was good for ya I just like drinking it haha makes me less rired!!

    Hw bf would nack me if he seen I wanted to loose more weight! Haha I loose weight quite easily and struggle to put it on which is odd! I think its once u stop earing mcdonalds pizza etc u don’t crave them so don’t ear them!

    I’m 7 day post op today and I am obsessive about diet and exercise. I have gained about 1.5lb since op but I guess that’s boobies. I use the myfitnesspal app and I love it! I could really do with losing a good 10lb but struggle. Can I be in it diet club ;-) ive felt like a fatty on this forum with all u size 6-8 ladies xx

    I wish i struggled to put it on, i only need to look at a piece of cake and i put on a pound! ha. I love the gym, especially the classes, problem is i love my food too so i end up balancing myself out, need to be more strict me thinks then when i get to my target weight i can balance myself then!
