the best sports bra

Hi ladys I’m 1 year post op and I’m a 34f now and would love to give somebody some advice, if your looking for a good strong sports bra for the best in support, and I’ve bought a lot in the past that don’t hold u that well, and its the shock absorber its not cheap but well worth it as they don’t move and very supported, I’m still in mine for bed lol x
