    Ladies..
    As above …? I find if I use my arms to get up in hurts, if I try to do it without arms it hurts 🙁 Don’t want to cause any damage by using the muscles too soon

    If your sat at the angle your supposed to you can just use your stomach muscles but to be honest I still found it uncomfy to do even that.. Just rest up Hun you’ll soon be up and about.. Xx

    Thanks ladies will keep trying other ways but just feel whichever way I do it I’m using my chest muscles then my boobs instantly start to ache which is making me really paranoid :/. The morphine from post off has worn off and now I’m really feeling it – damn I thought id gotten away lightly lol x

    Hi Lenna. I sometimes get my other half to help me, or I put my hands at the back of my legs just above my knees and ease my self up gently. I suppose there’s not a right or wrong way, just what feels comfortable for you. Take it easy tho Hun. And keep on top of pain relief and antibiotics. Xx

    Haha bum shuffling really is rubbish first few days isn’t it, I do the leg swing when getting not bed or get on my knees and then sit on my butt you will find your own way of doing it though x
