the pill

heyy
apparently i’m meant to stop taking my pill 2 weeks b4 my op on th 11th december
but that’s going to be in the middle of my packet
is it okay to stop in the middle of a packet or shall i just stop when i’ve finished the rest of this months?
SO CONFUSED!

also, i’m presuming you have to wait til you come back on to start taking your pill again?
how long has that taken girlss?

HI hun i was told the same, but my pill ran out just under a week before my op so i just stopped it then, didnt want to muck the cycle up, i started taking it again a few days after…Different surgeons say different things, some dont say to come off it at all x x

Hi Becky! I had to stop taking my pill half way through my packet aswell, it’s fine! And I was told to start taking them again after my first period after my op. xxx

I was told to just carry on my pill as normal!?9 days poet op now and no problems… Hmmm wonder y were all told different?
