    Hiya girls. I’m going in for my BA in 2 weeks but haven’t had my pre-op yet. Have I remembered right from my consultation that I need to stop taking the pill now?

    Hi jen it depends wat ur surgeon says Mr Singh was fine with me continuing with my pill before and after.

    Hi hun,

    ye they do advise to stop taking it about 2 weeks before…not sure about after…the nurse asks when you stopped taking it when admitting you x

    Is there any reasons for stopping taking it? Is it because of the risk of high blood pressure?
