You have to stop taking it a week before your op. Xxx

i was told 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after, claire the pill increases your risks of blood cots, that is why you are told to stop taking it for a month xx

Hmm I think the nurses just tell us what they like lol xxx

I don’t yet have an op date though so…

I was also told to take Arnica Pills afterwards to help with the bruising.

who told you to take arnica hun, surgeons recommend against!! taking them as it also thins the blood, i didnt take anything and didnt have any bruising at all xx

you dont have to stop takin nurse told me it was my choice and she’d rather i didnt get pregnant b4 my op lol but they wont work whilst ur taking ur antibiotics, but you can start taking it as soon as your anti biotics are done which i think are a week

Nikki omg!! It was the PC at Transform that told me that. (that was my first ever consultation)

I told her I used the cream but I’d never heard of the pills. She even advised me where to get them.

dr singh and my nurse said u dont have to stop taking it, its just choice or something lol x
