The silver fox has put me a right dilemma! Help me girls!

Just met Gary traynor, I’m having my op done with him on the 23rd may. So been all excited. Butttt he’s thrown a right spanner in the works for me! He’s offered me 300s, 340s 380s or 410s. Buttt I seen another Mr Singh about 6 months ago n he only offered me 290s, said he won’t go bigger on me. I have no idea what size to choose!!! I’m a 32a want to look a D. But I don’t wanna wish I went bigger but also don’t want to look a nob with massive fake boobs as I’m very tiny n petite. On my way home now to make riceboobs but obviously they won’t show me how wide the implant will actually be
