I’m having a re op in two weeks to make my still asymmetrical boobs more symmetrical and was wondering given the fact I’m only havin an extra bit put in one boob will I be able to go back to the gym before the 6 weeks I had to wait last time? I’ve put on a few pounds the last few weeks and want to lose them and a bit more before my holiday at the start of September x

The best person to ask is your surgeon but personally i would wait at least 6 weeks, and longer to do anything really active like dance/ running etc if you’re having unders x

Hey amy. Yeah I agree with the above. Follow every bit of your surgeons advice. If not then they could void your after care. N big brother is always watching. Lol x

I have overs newboobies, I just forgot to ask my surgeon but I’ve got my pre op tomorrow so will ask then.

Yep mini I hear ya! Lol. I wouldn’t do it if they said not to, like you say it’s just not worth it! Especially since its a re-op! I didn’t go back to the gym til nearly 8 weeks last time til I had my surgeon check as I didn’t want to risk anything and I’ll be the same this time. Was just wondering cos when my friend had hers done she was told she could go back to running after 3-4 weeks as she regularly runs and her body was used to it. She had unders too! Looks like its the slim fast diet for me lol xx
