I had Mr Adamo 5 weeks ago and i couldn’t have asked for better results, i’m so pleased, you will be absolutly fine with him he’s amazing.

I don’t know what they are trying to do with those programs, as there are more happy people who have plastic surgery than not, look at everyone on these forums. Things are bound to go wrong if you go to cheap places abroad, you just have to be sensible and make sure you go to the best surgeons, and Adamo is one of the best by far!!

Hi Amy, I wouldnt worry about it, I watched it also and though great- just what i need after i seen the surgeon on the same day. But i actually felt that the programme were trying to convince women into making sure they have done all the research possible into the op before having anything done. It did scare me a little but i feel that I have done as much research as i can to make sure im safe. Hope this helps x

I havent booked yet, but it may be august or early september i want it before im back at uni, but have to sort finance out that bad side of it all.

when is yours booked? where you going for yours? Im going to doncaster.

I felt this show helped me, as i went onto there website for all the best advice and questions to ask before an op, i think it was channel4.com/ugly. they also let you check out the surgeon is registered etc (you should have anumber on the sheet about your surgeon) even tho i new mine was it helped me by checking as its always good to be sure.

Hi Amy, I had Mr Adamo do my ba in August 2009, and as Fiona says, he is amazing and i am really happy with my results. My scars are right in the crease, so you can hardly see them. He has a lovely manner, and made me feel really relaxed.

I too watched the Ugly Face of Beauty, I too am booked in with Mr Adamo on the 4th August. Went to bed with a horrible knot in my stomach that I has just paid for a big mistake. This morning I had calmed a little but it made me join this forum so that I can get some positive feed back from those who have already been there.

i didnt like this program as it sounded like it was saying that surgery is wrong. i understand ppl must accept risks etc but it was like they were saying it was a bad thing to do. it didnt help me much just made me worrie when i dont need to! i trust my surgeon will do a great job and i cant wait! roll on two weeks!!!

Hey ladies, don’t let this program put u off! its just basically trying to put the message across that u really need to research ur surgeon and potential problems before undertaking a BA which is right!And its showing u the potential problems if u dont, which again i think is right. I had my BA 3 1/2 weeks ago now and i really researched it before having it.
