    Hi Girls.

I had my BA on 12th March, and I am supposed to be going to a Theme park on 4th May … so thats like 7, almost 8 weeks. Does anyone know if i will be allowed to go on like fast rides n rollarcoasters and stuff? … bit of a random question but I dont really want to go if I cant join in the fun!!

I went to Alton Towers a couple of weeks ago and the nurse said i would be fine but i am 6 months post op. Are you able to lie on your front yet? If not id say dont risk it and defo ring your nurse to double check x

Yeah thats normal for them in the morning, you are still early days, but i’d say if thats still the case when you want to go on the rides then i wouldnt risk it. Im no expert though, your nurse will know more :) xx

I have added you Zoe, hope you dont mind. I am 3 weeks Post op on Thurs and am going to Alton Towers on 25th April (so just over 4 weeks post op). I was thinking Id go on some rides but be choosey which…I dont wanna risk it, so perhaps AIR where youre lying front forward would be a bad idea. Also I suppose it makes a difference how youre healing….My incisions are healed. Please let me know what your surgeon says

Yeah mine do that hun! the only way it doesnt hurt in the morning is if ive slept with a pillow under my side or propped up with my vpillow an kinda laying on my side with it but if i just sleep on my side with 2 standard pillows then they hurt the next day! i slept on my side without a bra on at the weekend and all i can say is OUCH had stabbing pains the next day was awful! x
