They look tiny!!

I’m 1 day po had 310cc I’m 5″3 and 6.8 stone

I look down my sports bra and they dont look big

Is it jst me ? Or will they get bigger or am I para? X

were u overs or unders? Unders look massively smaller when first done, from what i can gather! added u xx

They should get a bit bigger in time hun. Unders fluff which means when the muscles relax they should look slightly bigger xx

that explains it all then Jenna! Unders fluff massively and if u look at girls with unders on here, u will see the first week or 2 look NOTHING like the final result!

dont worry chick even overs change over time but unders do the most xx

well my unders started huge and got smaller as they settled in I had 310 extra full?high projection xx

I had mine done today and they look small with the tape but had a sneaky measure although I know this will change but they measure 34DD! I’m sure they look smaller than they are when first done, appearances can be deceptive

i was a 34B before hun he measured me betweent a 32-34 A-B but I just used to wear 34B from primark nd it fit ok xx

that was exactly me aswel when he asked me my bra size i said 34b padded bra lol then when he measured me he said i was an A cup. How long as it been since your op? x

It’s been 7 weeks hun xx mine was padded too but now I feel in clothes I look no bigger than what I did with m padded bra on!! No one can tell x

I am the same loopy. I wore a heavy primark padded bra and my surgeon told me I would be bigger braless with my 485 extra high’s than when I had the heavy bra and my old 245cc implants…he was wrong!! I only meaured 34DD/E in La Senza. Reaching a DD on your 2nd BA is abit of disappointment…so I am cutting my losses, saving every penny and I am off to meet the proper big boob surgeon Mr. Singh in 4 weeks because I am actually more disappointed these last 2 weeks since I got these than I was with my smaller one’s because I have spent €5,500 on these and look no different as I was great at pumping up my 245’s.

I do recommend the Wonderbra 8144 though, only goes as big as a D cup but its good for hiding under dresses and pushing them together and pumping them up without making the new implants looks like they are under ur arms.

I bought mine online today…roll on 4 wks til I can wear it xx

I feel the same hun I’m mire upset and gutted with my bio snow than what I was before I feel iv wasted money but I’m off to see the surgeon again on mon to complain once again but this time im not leaving till they say they will do me a re op! He’s giv me everything I said I didn’t want he thinks cos iv reached a Dcup I should b happy cos that’s what he said but I didn’t realise a Dcup was so small and just shapewise and width wise they are opposite to what I asked for xx

Yeah 2 wks ago but ive overs and wont be “fluffing”. My swelling has gone down now as have my boobs.

When he took out my 245’s and replaced them with 485’s I really only gained 240cc.

The 245’s brought me to a B cup so add 240cc implants to a B cup is not alot extra! Big difference to getting 525’s with a B cup like alot of the girls on here like princesskitty & hush2 who all have amazing boobs.

I am so disappointed I didnt know of this forum only 2 days before my BA a couple of wks ago or I would have cancelled and gone with mr singh through mya.

To be told 240 extra Cc is all he could give me is a disgrace coz i have lots of stretched skin from havin implants the last 8 yrs and i can feel loads of room and can certainly pinch more than an inch of skin/tissue on my overs immediately after this BA.

I am seeing Mr Singh in 4 wks and getting confirmation of what he can put in. I then am returning to my surgeon to inform him of the bigger size that CAN be put in and I am then requesting a refund for the outstand €2k owed to his clinic for the next 10 month installments and I will be having my 3rd and bloody final BA with Mr singh

Hopefully he can get 700/800’s in there so I am done for good!!

Ohh I hope u can hunni cos I kno how u feel if I wanted natural boobs I would gave kept my own the reason I gotta a boob job is cos I wanted big boobs and could finally buy them but I feel what I had has just been filled out and I have a bug gap in-between them! My surgeon said it’s the biggest I could have which iv came to notice is rub us as tinyer girls with no breast tissue or loose skin have had bigger implants!! But I dud honestly think a Dcup was huge but it’s not it’s tiny!! I really hate my boobs I think they ate too small for my frame and could have deffinately carried bigger off I think he should have given me wider implants without a doubt xx

I had sane prob with first surgeon I saw, wanted a d and he told me 300 but then one of the girls said measuring a d and looking it were completely different, so I took pics to another surgeon to show him what I wanted and had 400 yesterday, measuring DD with swelling etc but that will change, but 300 would nor have got me looking anywhere near what I wanted

Just proves you’ve gotta shop around doesnt it – transform told me 260-300 max. sooo glad i didnt keep with them. dr singh said straight away 410. how can there be such a difference between what theyre saying?! its mad. Although theyre strapped up they seem to suit my frame and am sure dr singh wouldnt even have suggested 410 if he thought it would be a massive risk. He even urged me away from 380 to go 410, telling me that id be most happy with them considering what i had told him about what i wanted. Def go see dr singh.xx

When I woke out of the anaesthetic I thought my boobs looks tiny. 12 weeks on they are really big. I only had 260cc and was an empty c cup!!!

im in the same boat had 410 unders and am so upset with size am 3 weeks 2 days post asnd they just seem to be getting smaller.. also they keep changing shape is this normal?

One thing I have learned from analysing photos on here over the last couple of weeks (my bf thinks Im turning lesbian! lol)… is that there is a huge difference between soomeone having no / tiny amount of natural breast tissue to someone who even has a little starting off.

And ive notice people who called themselves an A/B cup pre-op that were bigger and then get huuuugggeee boobies afterwards with implants around the same size as mine…but I was as flat as a pancake with no tissue so understand why now xx

Did use kno tho that 310 and 410 have the exact same projection/ fulness just the 410 are a 1.5 cm wider than the 310 x

And also that extra high projection are actual just more prominent out front but actual a narrower implant than the moderate projection!

Not 100% on that but something I recently read on here

Ah those real boobs are in need of a couple of implants if u ask me!

But think about it ladies, before we had our BA’s or thought about having a BA most of us were wearing the wrong size bra and we didnt exactly know our A’s from our B’s and D’s from our E’s!! So maybe these natural boob girls are the same!

I think poor old miss “E cup” might have herself booked in for a BA by now if she saw how small we think they look!!!

btw just to let you know you are right about the XHP’s, ive been looking into them atm. If you had a 400cc moderate and 400cc XHP implant, the moderate would be flatter(projection) and wider(width) whereas the XHP 400cc would be much higher and sticky outy but with alot smaller width. I reckon theyre designed for petite people who want big as poss implants! xx

Thanks tonesx you are dead right!! Ive spent most of today checking this out online and yes that seems to be the case.

Based on my silimed polyurethane coated implants that are 485 XHP, they are only the same width as 380 moderates!!! GOD I AM RAGING I WAS NO PROPERLY INFORMED OF THIS BY MY SURGEON!!!

I also found out today that these polyurethane coated implants have only a 1% chance of CC which yes is great but the reason they such a low chance of that happening is because instead of the body producing a capsule around the silicom implant this does not happen with these type of implants, instead the tissue attaches itself throughout the fibres of the foam coating around the implant which also kepts the implant totally in the same position and they will never rotate, they never change size and are basically all round really good implants..UNTIL you go to change them and then the Con’s of having these implants start to show….Unlike an ordinary uncoated implant the surgeon just removes the capsule around the implants and out they come..easy peasy!! But with these bad buys the body tissue has attached itself throughout the fibres of the implant so its is not as simple a procedure to remove them and from what I read online today there can be chronic infection, disfiguring, to name but a few… eekkkkK!!!!!!
