Think i might need my BA redoing!!!

Hi All

I am nearly 2 weeks post op and i think i need my BA redoing.

The past couple of days i have noticed that when i sit down i can feel ripples/waves across the top of my breasts starting near my armpit going around the top of my breast, also when i walk its as if i can feel the bubbling of the implant right underneath my breast, there is definite movement there when i am walking.

I only started feeling it on my right breast but am now feeling it on my left one as well. All this might be normal, but it doesn’t feel normal

Has anyone else had this?

Yes its normal!! you can feel is moving aswell, its very strange, but does stop after a while, dont worry at all XXX

Yes, I had this as well!!! I worried and worried and drove myself mad even rang the aftercare nurse for advice. At one point (much later than 2 weeks) I remember saying to my friend “it’s like I have something alien in my boobs I can feel them moving!!”. I can tell you now it will be a while before your boobs truly settle but when they do they will feel back to normal, but of course much nicer and firmer! I guess they have to settle into your skin really. Don’t forget you need to get used to them as well.

I would say 6 months truthfully, had mine done Feb they were great on holiday in August. I know that sounds like ages but during that time they go through different changes and as time goes on the changes are less subtle so the ‘wrinkling’ for instance went on for a while then when that went away completely then the boobs seemed quite hard then it all just settled down. I can touch my boobs now and not feel the implant at all, it all just merges in to your boob! Hope this helps and I just try to explain things as it was and is now cos having been there and done it I can relate to what all the new BA girls are saying.
