U should buy one size up from your back size. That’s wat the nurse said to me. I bought the macom bra for £35 as u don’t have to think what cup size to buy. The bra adjust o ur boobs.

They dont look great but they are the best thing to wear, I remember putting mine on after my op it was sooo nice and comfy I felt proper strapped in! x

Yes they do up at the front so easy to put on and do up. They just look like a sports bra, thick straps and quite a thick band.

Just ordered a macom bra … Hope it comes soon am 2 days post op…and am sore!!!!

My m&S bra is too tight at 34DD 1 day post op, Tesco 34DD bra is too big and ASDA 34D bra doesn’t seem supportive enough I’m hoping when my swelling eases I’ll be able to pop the M&S one back on as it’s very supportive just way too tight feel really uncomfortable.

I’m usually a 32 back but am very swollen. x

Hey, sorry i’m a bit confused i’ve been on the macom site ready to order and i’m unsure of what size.

When measured around my ribs under my boobs its 28 inches but then when calculating my bra size you add the 4 inches on….(my bra size is 32A) So do I buy the 28inch sports bra or a 32inch sports bra? Also is it best to buy the next size up anyway to allow for swelling? xx

I just bought my usual size, it stretches and you dont want it too loose.

At my pre op the nurse told me not to get a Macom cs the surgeons don’t like them and to just go for asda, primary or tesco ones. I’m hoping to go to a D and I’m a 34 so I got 36DD to accommodate for swelling but I may get 36 D aswell incase they not supportive enough. X
