Thinking of having a fag???

Now I do enjoy a little occasional cigarillo with a glass of wine but reading this has put me right off! Each time I am getting tempted I think of the following article I read this week…

OMG .. I AM SOOO GLAD YOU POSTED THIS!!! I don’t smoke all the time but I was thinking only today I wonder when I can have a fag if I go out?? I had an uplift too!!! xxx

I think everyone should read the link,I know some members have posted that they have smoked all the way through their op,and they have been so lucky to have healed,but is it really worth taking a chance.xxx
