Thought I was going to have to cancel.

Childminder has had to cancel on me as her father is critically ill. I was panicking like mad as I have no one else. I am a single mum and my mum works and is picking me up the next day.

But panic over I have the kids booked into a private nursery so I can drop them there at 7am so hoping my admission time is no earlier than 9.30am as I wont get there on time. and then my friend is picking them up on the evening and staying at mine with them and then dropping them back at the nursery next day.

I was so worried I was going to have to cancel, really proved to me how much I want this.

Yer was panicking like crazy. Was so relieved when I phoned the nursery and they had places and txt my friend and she was like yer no probs. So going to the nursery on Monday to sign the girls up for the holiday club.

aww good job you have a good friend to step in, is ther eno chance she could stay with you the night before u need to leave and then she take them to the childminder? that way u can leave earlier and get there on time if its a early:) ring them up and explain your situation they may not have let everyone no there times yet and may b able to switch the times with someone else, wortha try i suppose xx

She possible could be don’t want to put her out anymore than I already have lol.

I am going to ring the clinic and explain my situation and hopefully they will be able to give me a late admission time as I am an overnight stay anyway.

aww i sure she would understand that you wouldnt ask if there was any other way, try the clinic first see what they say, they might be able to sort it out. then you can rela and stop worrying xx

Just phoned the clinic and she said its not guaranteed but shes going to get in touch with the hospital and request a late admission.

yer hopefully they can sort it out. I have a paid a lot of money for this so surely they can give me a late admission time.
