Thread poking out incision?!!

Im 5wpo and ive just realised there is tread poking out my incision i just thought it was skin when i noticed it after strapping off. Emailed pc and she told my not to pull it and the medical will contact me shortly, which has worried me, any ideas?

Hi milly my. Urse said this can happen any time within the first 3 months. Its just your inside stitches popping through, the nurse will need to cut it off but its nothing to worry about, completley normal xx

Thanks hun 🙂 i thought it might be but i got worried when they said the medical team will ring me ha. my 6wpo is next week so im guessing she will do it then or call me if it needs to be done before. It looks so weird lol xx
