Tightening in my right breast

I can’t lift my arm as I do my implant slips more and tightening I spoke to nurse on phone she told me wear a bra till my 2nd opinion on my revision surgery dunno wat to do ?

Also have very bad pins and needles in my chest sooo painful hurts more wen I lay down I daren’t to take my support bra off its like they r on fire
