    Hey hunnies.

So I went for my second consultation yesterday and met one of the surgeons (Mr Giannas) who told me I would need an uplift and then 6 weeks off work Because of the nature of my job. I LOVE my job and I don’t want to get into any trouble or lose it in anyway. I don’t have enough annual leave to cover me for 6 weeks, mya have said they will write me a sick note but my work won’t tolerate me being off that long for a cosmetic procedure. Help ???? what shall I do? I want this done soo much it effects everything but I just don’t want to get in trouble. Xoxoxo

Hi Hannah, this is exactly the same situation as I was in! Needed 2 weeks off before op and then 6 weeks- my surgeon wrote me a note which didn’t state what procedure I had but said I was under his care for elective surgery. The letter was headed with Mya Cosmetic Surgery though
I called me GP and they said I could visit them with note and pay £20 for a medical note from them but I didnt need to do this in the end.
Should just speak to your work hun because regardless of whether its cosmetic or not its still an operation and they shouldn’t be able to stop you having one xx
