Time off work… uplift & implants

Hi ladies
How much time did you have off work after uplift and implants? I only have a desk job so nothing too physical. I just wondered whether I’d need longer than usual off work with the surgery being more invasive.

Guidance usually states one week for Ba not sure for uplift maybe two weeks, my nurse said two weeks to me but I’m just having Ba and taking just over a week, I also work in an office but will take it easy plus I haven’t told anyone at work so don’t know how I will go about having to carry anything like a folder maybe? Xx
