I am just in the process of doing my research for uplift with implants. Having fed two children and had weight fluctuations over the years they are somewhat a sight for sore eyes. With th exception of my boobs I have worked hard to get a body I feel confident in and currently train 3 times a week which consists of HIIT bootcamps, ladies strength training focused on lifting and PT session which combine the two. Down time says 6-8 weeks but I curious how long it is before you can return to this intensity of fitness. Anyone that has had the procedure and was previously doing a high level of fitness what was the true timeframe for you to return. Thanks
