    I am just in the process of doing my research for uplift with implants. Having fed two children and had weight fluctuations over the years they are somewhat a sight for sore eyes. With th exception of my boobs I have worked hard to get a body I feel confident in and currently train 3 times a week which consists of HIIT bootcamps, ladies strength training focused on lifting and PT session which combine the two. Down time says 6-8 weeks but I curious how long it is before you can return to this intensity of fitness. Anyone that has had the procedure and was previously doing a high level of fitness what was the true timeframe for you to return. Thanks

    By 6 weeks I felt fine to go back to the gym I was just a little weaker obviously because I’d been out of training

    Thank you for replying. How intense would you say you train Sarah? My heart rate usually hits the 190 mark in my sessions and really anxious how long I’m gonna be out for and the impact that will have on both my stamina strength and physique.

    I weight train and also do cardio so my heart rate does increase. You’ll know what you can manage you might just have to ease back in to it X
