Time Restrictions

Ladies, with days getting closer to my BA…I think I need a refreshment of time limits. So, does anyone know the exact time for everything lol such as flying, underwired bras, how long to keep your stitches covered, support bra on, and any other time limits? Thank you xxxxxx

Did the nurse not give you an information pack?

3 weeks for short haul flights

6 weeks for long haul flights

6 weeks for swimming

6 weeks (sometimes more) until you can wear an underwire bra

6 weeks for exercise (including sex – but I don’t intend to wait that long haha)

stitches have to be covered until the cuts and scabs have healed/fallen off

keep stitches out of sunlight; always use factor 50
