Tingling / stinging?

Hi!

I’m nearly 3 months post op and I have had an odd feeling in one boob for a while now. It’s only on one side and it’s a tingling / stinging feeling. Not painful as such, just a bit weird. It’s on the left boob, which had a bigger implant due to asymmetry – I had 500/550cc from a 34b, currently around 32ff/g.

Is this still likely to be my muscle stretching to fit the implant? Or something else?
