I have dis solvable stitches inside my nose honey,and they look like the skin has grown over them,im sure they will drop out when they are good and ready,I can also see little scars up inside my nose,but they are inside my nose,so I am not worried at all,I am so pleased with the way the outside of my nose looks,that inside as long as its working properly dose not concern me,the stitches can take up to 6 months to dissolve so be patient,I also have little indentations either size of my nose,it looks like I have been wearing glasses and the have left a deep mark,this will all even out over the next few weeks Im sure it is swelling,I watched a video on open septorhinoplasty,when you consider what you poor little nose has gone through,you are bound to be swollen in areas and find little lumps and bumps,they will all subside honey,it just takes time.xxx
