Hi Jo, I also had a rhinoplasty with Dr Giannas in March 2021, I’ve had about 3 sessions of steroid injections in my tip, roughly 3 months apart. It does help a lot but I found the swelling / scar tissue came up again a couple months after, however since my last steroid shots in August my nose tip swelling has stayed down. Are you generally happy with your results? I feel like Dr Giannas has given me a completely different nose to what I asked! I’m having a revision consultation with another surgeon now – I was just curious to hear about other patients experience with him
