    Ive been losing weight for a while now and after a 3 stone loss i have about 6lb left to lose. I am a bit of a gym bunny and not going at all for 6 weeks will kill me. I then plan to swim and cycle up to 12 weeks before going back to crossfit.

    Does anyone have a tips for how to at least stop myself turning into a blob while not being able to exercise?

    Eat healthy Hun, I was addicted to lifting weights before my op and because I had unders I can’t get back to the gym for 3 months. I never lost weight when lifting but since my op 4 weeks ago eating healthy I’ve lost 1 stone it’s amazing haha xx

    You can do light excersises just be careful though Hun I started squatting, abs and riding bike gently after 2 weeks. Having don’t any intense cardio or upper body weights yet as it twinges my chest xx

    Thanks. I think i will end up sneaking into the gym a little early and just doing some gentle cycling and i am planning on going for some long walks during the day. I think i will probably swim at 6 weeks too. I love lifting too and even eating 1600cal per day i usually lose about a lb a week. Im gonna have to really pull back on what i eat i think.
