    Hi ladies.

I’ve worked so hard to lose a lot of weight hence why I’m having this surgery. Not going to the gym is going to drive me insane and I’ve seen that many ladies have mentioned weight gain after surgery.

Does anyone have any tips for keeping weight down post op?

I’ve not put anything on yet (besides the weight of the implants themselves) and I’m 3 weeks post op. Not sure I have any specific tips I just haven’t eaten junk and got myself up and walking (very slowly!) since end of week 1 – I couldn’t drive so walked my son to school and back which is a 4K round walk each time. It took us forever but I was glad of the fresh air after being cooped up for a week. I can’t wait to get back to the gym though now!x

I will go crazy not doing my 3-4 workouts per week. I just hope the weather is OK so I can get out walking

You will surprise yourself how much you can do, I didn’t out anything on first time round and hope I don’t this time either especially as I’ve had two kids since and I’m not back to my pre baby weight yet. I had mine done yesterday and have been up and about, was going to go out for dinner last night after having them done but my husband wouldn’t let me ???? X

Im usually at the gym 6/7 times a week and iv really missed it but on the ither hand iv lost quite alot of weight over the last 3 weeks which isnt5good for me. The meds have really dampened my appetite!! Some days im hardly eating anything. Literally trying to force myself which makes me feel sick!!!!
