Some people take pics of models,as an example of how they would like their breast to look,the surgeon will tell you if this is realistically achievable based on your dimensions,look in the boobie bible,i think its already on the forum,if not you can access it in groups honey,newboobies added a list in there of things to ask,it was really good.xxx
