To Post Op Unders ladies – swelling

When does the swelling go?! The nurse said about 6 weeks but i thought it would be sooner than that! Just wondered when you can get excited that your boobs are growing and not just swelling!

Im only 2 weeks PO so i know i have a long way to go yet but my boobs stayed the same size for first 10 days, then they grew… is this delayed swelling?!

My swelling was gone by about 2-3 weeks..they suddenly stopped changing..although they were tender (especially when I lay on my sides) until about 6 weeks. I got measured at 4 weeks and have been the same size since (now 18 weeks p.o) x

ive been able to get on my side for last few nights as there alot softer now so sleeping better… i remember them feeling very tight as though they were gonna bust open so assume thats when they were swelling but cant see them growing already!? hope it is! xx
