Today admission time 9am

Hey girls!!

Today is the day finally!! In my room waiting patiently! Has anyone had their admission time 9am before? What time did you go down for surgery? Xxxx

I was in for admiss at 7am.. Went to my room an had surgery around 11. A was back at 2pm didnt relise the time.
An it goes quickly. Xxxx

My admisson time was 9.30, but arrived at 10 as traffic was awful… was in theatre by 11! Good luck :). I’m on my way to Fritzoy at the mo to have my strapping off! xx

All done!!!! Been out since around 12:30, had a little emotional moment where I wanted to cry! Just had my tea and toast xx

I had a cry when I came round Hun not sure why haha, I’m out! How you feeling? My chest is sooooo tight xxx

@sineady1 I just keep coming over all tearful. No real reason, not even feeling pain! I think my blood pressure is pretty high still at the moment! How are you feeling? Xxx

Hi Holly at last all done.. hope your feeling ok.. I think the whole trauma of it all makes you feel tearful and the anaesthetic and worry that all will be ok. So happy that all went well x It’s amazing how each day you feel better and time flies xx

Don’t worry Hun I cried like twice haha, really sore, managed to eat though so I’m bit happier now!! How you doing doll?? Xxx

@aaaangell No too bad, barely slept! Trying to get in to a routine of taking tablets! They said only take them 4 times a day so felt a bit confused trying to work out times! Hope you’re feeling better? Xx

@sineady1 Feeling okay now, ready for meds! Trying to hold out a little longer to regulate timings. How was your first night sleeping? I barely slept a wink!! What time did you end up leaving? Xxx

I actually slept fine Hun surprisingly but I was there till half 9! Wasn’t expecting to be there so late tbh, even met night staff, but my Darin’s weren’t out till 9 which were so painful for me!! What time was you at Hun? Did you get overs or unders? Sorry if I’ve asked already!!! How you feeling this morning? Xxx

@sineady1 I think I had my drains out about half 4 which I didn’t find hurt, maybe because I worked myself up so much about them! Think I left at around 5:30! I had partials, what about you? I feel like sleeping was hard because of the angles, not really much pain apart from getting up to use the toilet, not using my hands is hard as I’m so used to it! Xxx

My drains were curled round the nurse said! Dunno why! I had unders Hun, well least we are over worse of it now doll, just recovery and being patient!! ???? Xxx

@sineady1 I go back on Monday but my job is super laid back so no worrying about getting stressed or heavy lifting xx
