hey girls , got my op tomorrow im currently a 32 b and im getting 340 cc unders. going to buy a v pillow today as ive seen lots of girls say its a must. any advice or tipss x

You must be getting excited! Where are you having your op? I’d say try and get plenty of sleep tonight if you can and I found getting up early to have breakfast was well worth it, I was starving and can’t imagine what i’d have been like without it.

Also, take some magazines or something to do because I sat in hospital for 3 and half hours before my op. The v-pillow is so helpful, I don’t know how I’d have managed without mine. I think the sleeping bit has been the most difficult for me, I’m only 4 days post op and can’t wait to get back onto my side!

This time tomorrow then you should be all done! Try not to be too nervous today, there’s really nothing to worry about they really look after you x

Aw thats great! You must be soooooooo excited!

Just make sure you get a good nights sleep lying FLAT tonight cos from tomorrow you’ll need to sleep propped up which is a bit of hassle! Have a big glass of water before bed so you’re not de-hydtated.

Good luck I had my ba at highgate last sun dnt let urself worry to much the staff are great there u feel so looked after.. I was a 7:30 admission time and as char30 said make sure u hav plenty of water before bed I did this n felt fine the nx mornin not bein able to drink.. I was headin to theatre by 9! Oh n bring comfy clothes to put on afta button or zip up front.. Slip on shoes ect xx

Best of luch for your BA. I have mine 2 weeks today at Highate. My daughter had hers there 6mths ago and was very well looked after. Hers are amazing the scars very slight. xx Add me if you want. Bye x
