tongue bar ?

hi girls ano this is a bit silly but do you think if i put a plastic bar in that would ok or is that a no no aswell , just if you cant lift your arms how would be able to put it back in , xx

I took my tongue bar out for surgery and it was the first thing I did when I came round. Lifting your upper arms is difficult at first but you will still be able to reach your mouth and face without duscomfort

I left one of my piercings in as I had no choice it is a microdermal which Is hooked under your skin. All I had to do was sign a form agreeing to the risks x

Tongue bar has to go because they sometimes place a breathing tube done your throat.. I took mine out and put it in fine after surgery as soon as I was back in my room xx

Yeh I was fine to put mine back in after, I had unders but could lift my arms to my face ok! 🙂 x
