Too big- 3 weeks to go

I have three weeks to go and Im terrified. I am having recurring nightmares that I wake up and they are massive. I want bigger boobs but Im already a 32d, just a really empty horrible tubular version. Im miserable with them as they are but Im getting 360 and 420.. im a size 10- any rough ideas what size Im going to be.. my friends keep asking me and i look silly not really knowing.. xx
