TOT nights out and Cancer Research Calendar – met with MYA Manager today in Manc

I met with a MYA Manager today to talk about the above:

Meeting with PR dept being held tomorrow to look at both of these opportunities, but definite interest from MYA on both counts..

For nights out.. looks like club tickets, vest tops and poss more goodies likely, waiting for confirmation on Monday..

For the calendar.. as it will a big PR thing, will have to go over the terms of this to work out how exactly it would work but liked the idea in principal, I put it across as doing something amazing for cancer charities, promoting MYA and showing that we should be able to be proud of our bodies without criticism and it’s a celebration of the breast!!

Will keep you all posted next week as I will need to start getting proper feedback and details of those seriously interested!!! xxxx

My husband is a cancer drug designer so he’s going to help create links and interest with the charities, it’s so exciting and for such a brilliant and worthy cause!! xx

This is great hun…i lost my mum to cancer 18 months ago so its a subject which means a lot to me xx

I had so many personal message about this when i mentioned the concept i thought it was worth making happen! could make an absoloute fortune for the charity and with the right PR, done tastefully the likes of GQ and higher quality mags will be interested xxx

Blondie30, Some of the classier female mags might be interested too looking at it from the perspective of being able to enhance your body without being labelled a certain way. Just because we want to enhance things a little in order to boost our confidence it doesn’t mean we’re false bimbos, just modern women exercising their right to choose how they look. I think this could be a big thing.xx

i think it will be targeted at all classier male and female mags, and you’re totally right, it’s about getting rid of that false bimbo image and showing professional, modern women who take pride in their appearance x

That ‘false bimbo’ stereotype needs to be blown straight out of the water I think!! It’s hard telling people you’re having a Breast Enlargement due to the stigma that comes with it.

Gisele Bundchen had a Breast Enlargement and she has remained classy and sexy. I think GQ would be a fantastic bench mark for the calendar hun!

Exactly!! When i spoke to the Manager today, keeping it classy was totally her focus.. forget the chives.. that was just a joke !! I’m so excited and really hope we can get this off the ground! x

i’m so pleased everyone likes the idea, not only are we celebrating our bodies.. which we have every right too! but we’re raising money for an amazing cause! My hubby has just put together a marketing proposal for MYA which i’m about to email to them in a mo, he’s a star!! x

Think we should do ha ha. My hubby is a website manager for a large travel website and is so wanting to build his own. Thinking about now on the lines of cosmetic surgery and getting the best price like money supermarket, forums,Macom bra’s,finance and a faq section all in one place. Whether it comes off or not l think this would work x
