Transform charging me to take pips out and not others!

I am having pips replaced by transform next week. They are charging me £2650 ;half price)

Been hearing some others are being charged nothing.

Anyone else being charged nothing please let me know I would live to talk to you so I am armed when confronting transform.

No I haven’t I’m getting mixed answers from so many girls. Some are being charged diff costs and now heard of four who are not being charged! I always planned on getting a lawyer but to hear some are getting the same thing as me free is unbelievable! What worries me is that I will pay then transform will close down cos of the bad rep and open under a new name and I won’t have any come back! X

I would be calling them stating this and inform them you will be taking legal action stating the Sale Of Goods Act 1979, something has to be fit for the purpose of which it was sold. Your contract is with Transform and not PIP and every has to be offered the same level of redress as the next person. They can’t do some for free and not others.

I have and funnily evough still waiting for the manager to call back!

Have also gone to my local paper who were ringing them also. There’s one girl in here that took legal action and they then banned her from any aftercare or going anywhere near them! X

They have a duty of care and if they have breached contracts for aftercare etc you can also go to Trading Standards
