Transform experiences? (and Bristol Transform OR MYA experiences?)

Hey guys (this whole post is about breast augmentation but feel free to talk about your experiences generally with aftercare, pre-op, consults etc.)

I have a consultation with Transform on the 12th. Even though I’m not planning on surgery for at least a year (due to money) I wanted an experience with a consultation and so I can find out more about the group etc.

I requested a phone call from MYA and got it immediately but as I don’t want surgery for so long I was told a consultation would be pointless and I understand that.

My question is about people’s experiences with Transform, I’ve found out a lot about MYA on here and want to know the pros and cons, please feel free to waffle on at me in depth, the more I know the better (can PM me too).

Also, has anyone been to Bristol on here? no-one seems to know much/mention them and it’s my nearest clinic so if it’s good I’d prefer to go there than fork out to travel further.

Hello. I had my BA with Mya, and my clinic was Bristol. But as its only the clinic you generally have the surgery in London. I found all the staff at Bristol clinic really helpful & friendly. Not sure what sort of info you would like though xxx

I had consultations with both companies as I have to travel 3 hours to see mya and 20 mins to see transform so in 2 minds. The people at transform were lovely but the surgeon was a bit rude and as I was the last person, I felt a bit rushed as he wanted to get home. He did however explain the procedure and what would happen and discuss implant size more than mya, but he said he would let me decide which implant size i would have which i didnt like as I wanted him to decided as a professional opinion. At mya they were also lovely. I had my consultation with Dr Russo as I heard so many good reviews about him and I had seen some pics of his work on here. I went for consultation with him but he spent 5 mins with me, bit disappointed but i wasnt put off as I spoke to PC and she answered my questions. I put deposit down as I defo wanted him to do my surgery. The big difference and the deciding factor was that Dr Russo was going to give me a nipple lift whereas Tranform wasnt and said it would be more money, as my pc with transform said that my surgeon only goes over the tissue, another surgeon only goes under and another surgeon does any. And I just thought that surely they should hire people that have experience in doing any way which suits the patient so put me off big time that people would not get what they wanted to suit the shape and size of their breast due to preference and lack of skill of the surgeon. However, I am not going to cancel my ba with mya hopefully as I can’t have Dr russo. But will come back next year when everything has settled.

I had my BA with mya and it was the best decision.

I had consultations with both Transform and MYA and chose MYA.

I just found them to be less pushy when wanting the money and…they just ticked all the right boxes for me.

Plus my mya experience has been top notch. No complaints what so ever.
