Transport From MYA

:confused: Hey girls, was wondering if you could help. I’m wondering do Mya do a chaffeur service like other cosmetic surgery companies, as im in scotland and thinking of going to newcastle for a consultation, But all depends on the transport issue. I have been on live chat to them but they dont answer and i dont want to waste my time going to Newcastle knowing that getting to Manchester would be a problem for me, dont really want to be travelling home on trains the day after my BA. I believe that the op will be done in the manchester lifestyle hospital (miles away for me). Could i still go to Newcastle for my aftercare e.g getting stitches removed etc…Any help would be great… thanks xxxx

Hi Ang, I went with transform and I know they transport you to wherever because a girl that was in our hospital was supposed to be going to newcastle and she decided she wanted to be taken to berwick instead and they did it fotr her.

Likewise the op would be done at Abbey Pines in Manchester but it would be the Newcastle clinic that you go to after that for your follow ups…

dunno if this is same for MYA but would expect so??

Hey Leanne, Yes i know about Transform as i had my 1st ba with them back in 2006, they provided transport to and from there lovely Manchester Abbey Pines Hospital, not sure i want to go with Transform again.. Thanks for your input Leanne. xx

mya do provide transport its 4250 with transport and overnight stay, i dont know why they have that instant chat they never answer anything you ask they just tell you to go in dont they

Hi Sarah, yes instant chat lol…they just say that can be discussed at the consultation!! i’m going for a re-do so dont know what price i’d be looking at either. At a bit of a stumbling block as i dont want to travel miles away and have to pay over the odds for it..Newcastle is ok for me but travelling to manchester for the op is really far as i wont be able to drive afterwards..

hey Jo, thanks for the info i think i’m just going to book a consultaion in Newcastle :o).. and see what they say as the reviews are really good for MYA and this time around i want what i want not what the surgeon thinks is easier lol..

Hey Jo, Not so much a bad experience but was only offered two sizes of implants which was as soon as i walked into the room to see the surgeon and that was even before he had actually looked at my boobs which i found strange. Felt like yea “we have your money now, your ops done and your concerns that the result wasn’t what you expected is bla bla, so really dont want to be hearing from you” i only ever seen or spoke to my PC twice although did phone a few times to address my dissapointment .. thinking back i was prob a bit naive and hadn’t really done any research just was so excited to be getting boobies.. :o) but after doing my research it seems that the company who did my 1st BA only seem to offer the two sizes that were offered to me!! Unless you have researched and know what you want. This time i’m determined to go fore-warned and with loads of questions.. I feel sorry for the surgeon i see as he will be interrogated lol…only hope he has patience.. xxx
