Treating Scars

Hi just after a little advise on scars, mine seem really dry and sore. Im moisturising and bio-oiling my boobs but leaving the scars has anyone used anything less than 3 weeks post op? I dint mean like dermatix to make them fade just to make them more comfortable x

I was told that i couldn’t use anything on my scars until they had fully closed at about 6 weeks, and had to wait for my surgeon to give the go ahead after my 6 week post opp appointment. The incision has to be fully closed before anything can be used on it to avoid the risk of any infection. Once i could shower and take my bandages off, my scars became a lot less dry by themselves after about a week xx
