Tried booking but can't :/

Called my pc all week to go and book a date but can’t get hold of her once I did she said call bk the next day as she was finishing work!! So I did and no answer.. Is there any other way of doing this?! If not will end up going else where.. Can’t be bothered with hassle.. But this isn’t that great!!!

its such a shame when your pc doesnt get back to you, it taints the experience a little. My pc is great @ bristol. if i cant get hold of her via phone i email or text and she replies very quickly. they do cover a lot of people so we should understand when they may not reply straight away, but your just as important as any other client.

I spoke to my PC the other day about how slack some pc’s are at getting back to their clients and shes very frustrated about it as it gives them all a bad name on here.

Sarahlouise13 I totally understand they r busy just wanted to know another way of booking op, but then sometimes does worry u if u don’t hear back more so after surgery I guess x
