Tuberous breast with Dr Mounir???

Has anyone had tuberous breast and has had surgery with Dr Mounir, just want reassurance that he can carry out surgery for my boobs! I’m a 34A at the moment and hoping to go for a C. I have little tissue under my boobs and was just wondering what he can do really!
