Hi, I got told I had slight tubular breasts so I researched it and got myself all upset cos I read all kinds of things about how its really hard to make them into a nice round shape and that once you have the implants it only makes them look that same shape but bigger which I REALLY didnt want as thats what I hated so much about my boobs!!! I asked to see my surgeon again (Mr Traynor) and he assured me that he was going to make them look ”normal” ..I was also concerned about the size of my areolas (nipples)and asked about having them reduced but he said once I had the op they would be in proportion. Anyway I’m 6weeks post op now and I had 380cc and 410cc overs and I am really pleased with them.Although I still am considering a nipple reduction.. My friends think there’s no need though! I’m going to ask him when I go for my final check up which is on the 11th of May.

Basically I think you have overs if 1 you have enough breast tissue and 2 if you want the more natural look…
I was a 36b before and now I’m an E or and F depending on where I get my bra’s from.. Hope this helps?? xx

i had partial unders, you usually find with tubular tissue that you will have unders or partial unders to make them look natural because there is a limited amount of tissue at the top and can sometimes see the implant if you have overs. Don’t worry too much about it, i was told that i was having overs because the surgeon didn’t want to go into too much detail and me to panic about where they were placing it.

Trust your surgeon! I’m so happy i did!

i was also told mine were slightly tubular, also had mr traynor, had overs 380 and 410 and am 2 weeks post op, SO happy with them, nipples are a bit big but they have went down a lot cos i think they were just swollen at first, still kinda big but definitely more in proportion now, i think that if they are a tubular shape then the way they do it is cut below your natural crease and make a more rounded pocket for the implant to go into they are lovely and round now. as for being over/under the muscle your surgeon will know straight away which is best so no worries.
    hope this helps x
