Tubular breasts

Can anyone help me?

has anyone got tubular breasts and tell me what they are as i think thats what mine are but never really knew, i have always had odd shaped boobs, really pointy but thought nothing of it until now, also is the surgery requirements the same?

I have slightly tubular breasts, known for years hense the boobie job, basicaly its where the breast deosnt form properly, and they form a unusual shape. severity varies but its not as uncommon as you’d think, and the srgery can be different i got recomended by Mr c to have an uplift maxopasty or somthing and implants but another sergeon recomended i had just implants seehow that looks and the uplift if they were still really pointy. can add me and take a look at mys pictures if you like

I have exactly the same but not very bad so my pc suggested I book consultations with Dr. Singh or Miss Marion Grob x
