    Hi girls. Had my op two days ago with Mr Traynor at Preston. I had 350 HP overs and hoping to go to a 32D. Before the op I had very tubular breasts (I stupidly didn’t take any pictures before my op because I didn’t want to see them again, but now I regret it!), they just hung down and the top was just flat. Even in padded uplift bras they only just looked reasonably normal. I had my crease lowered to give my breasts a more natural shape and more space under my nipple (if your tubular you’ll understand what I mean!) as well as areola reduction so they didn’t look as puffy and stick out with my implants.
    So far everything’s goings very well. After my op I wasn’t in any pain, just tired. After I got home that night I felt absolutely fine! Sleeping that night was awful as I couldn’t get comfortable and I think I’d spent too long asleep in the hospital as well so I was wide awake. Last night was fine though and I slept like a baby!

    Still not feeling any pain, it’s more of a feeling of pulling down, especially on my right breast. My left is fine and doesn’t feel weird at all, I’m guessing my right one is playing up a bit because I’m right handed and I’m using it the most so aggravating the incisions?! The middle part between my boobs felt very tight yesterday but that seems to have gone a lot better today. I haven’t taken many painkillers either, I think I’ve actually only taken 4 since I got back home 🙂

    I’ll try and keep my pictures updated because I know how helpful people’s photos were for me when I was thinking about having mine done 🙂

    Feel free to ask any questions and to add me x

    @imogencooper oh wow 7 weeks! That feels so long away, I’m only 3 days post op. Can’t wait until they feel normal and the aching stops! Did you just get implants to fix the tubular shape?

    Hi Jo,
    Well it’s done !! Home now and happy so far.. I opted for 450 overs extra high profile with areola reduction and reshape ….
    It was a day case .. Which I love .. Really hard to tell what’s going on under the bandaged .. There is some light bloody fluid under areola bandages… Did u have that? But feel fine just sore .. How are u? Sorry but how do I get to your pics ? I went to another clinic not MYA..
    Thanks x

    @jennyfromtheblock yay! Well done! 🙂

    to look at my pictures go onto my profile and there’s a little drop down list and it’s got pictures listed at the bottom. Do you have plaster type things around your nipples? Mine are pretty much full of blood haha that happened just after surgery. And also I’m fairly sure my nipples were bleeding as well. They were really sore when something touched them, even with my macom on, I ended up shoving two little squares of lint dressing on to cover them!

    It’s so hard to see what they’ll actually look like, I’m hoping I don’t still have puffy areola 🙁 what do you think of the size of your boobs now you’ve had them done? I think mine definitely seem bigger than what I expected, but I hope they don’t go down too much after the swelling has gone!

    Good know leakage is normal
    Yes the puffy ateolas and droop hopefully are gone!
    I debated about size 400 or 450 but bring I’m 36 width I opted for bigger but hope not huge … Right now they look small to me
    But quite high .. So glad it’s done .. Right!!

    @joanne28 sorry Hun haven’t been on here in a while! I didn’t know they were tubular until I saw my surgeon! But yeah that’s basically what I wanted, them to be fuller and Perky without having an uplift xxx

    No problem, I’ll accept you now 🙂 I’m 10 days post op today and they still feel as hard as when I had them done. I’m waiting for them to soften and drop a bit as well to see what they’ll end up like. I’m sure yours will look brilliant, just give them time to settle a bit 🙂
