tubulor breasts and pigeon chest

any one out there undergoing BA or had BA who has tubulor breasts and pigeon chest?

i was tubulor and had asymmetry x

I had small tubular I had my ba in march xxx

i had tubular breasts and my ribs/centre of my chest sticks out funny, ive always thought it did & mr singh said it did also, not pigeon chest but just a funny shape! think it makes my boobs further apart!! very happy with them tho xx
